Additional benefits include but are not limited to, learning new coping skills, becoming more empowered, and setting healthy boundaries, being held accountable and being challenged can also be a benefit of therapy when you have identified changes you want to make but have a hard time being consistent.

Individual therapy is a joint process between you and the clinician in which you work towards goals to inspire change and improve your quality of life.
An assessment consists of the clinician obtaining information about your behavior, abilities, and characteristics. Assessments are conducted at your first appointment following your consultation. The purpose of an assessment can be to make a diagnosis and or treatment recommendations.
